Atwater, CA

Parents and students are fighting to save the music program at a North Valley School District.

“They've gotten almost 2000 signatures, which represents nearly 10% of the population in this city of community members that are saying we don't agree with this, we want music to stay important to the City of Atwater and to our children.”

The Atwater Elementary School Board is holding a special meeting here to get input from the community about how to deal with proposed state budget cuts. via KFSN
