The arctic low that moved through yesterday and last night brought the most snow to the western and north-central U.P. Generally, 3 to 6 inches fell .

Police: Weather and visibility issues factors in three-vehicle crash
According to the Houghton County Sheriff's Department, the crash happened when a vehicle crossed the centerline on M-26 and collided with an oncoming vehicle shortly after 7:30 a.m. Police say that a 34-year-old Atlantic Mine man was unable to stop his vehicle for traffic that was lined up waiting for a logging truck to turn.
