Red Bank foundation wants to make primary school an outdoor learning center
Construction at the primary school thwarted plans of the fledging educational foundation to hold its first public event at the 17 acres of natural area there, but the Red Bank Borough Education Foundation's picnic helped further the drive to make the school an outdoor education center.
