Police Briefs: Pennsylvania man at pier charged with possession of stolen truck

A 25-year-old Pennsylvania man was discovered to be a suspect in an out-of-state stolen vehicle case after he was spotted under the Jacksonville Beach Municipal Fishing Pier on Aug. 24 at 5:19 p.m. The man, found with an open beer can, was originally arrested for drinking in public.
