Bill seeks protection for Idaho's affordable housing program

“And I think we'll lose our low-income housing if the tax credit is assessed as part of the value of the property for purposes of property taxes.”

A measure its North Idaho co-sponsors said would protect the financial viability of a statewide low-income housing program cleared the House tax committee Monday morning. via Bonner Co. Daily Bee
