Driver charged in fatal wreck

From what I know of Matthew Bickley he always seemed to be a nice young man, and I am sorry this has happened to him. I am very, very sorry for Tierra Bardley's family due to her untimely and premature death, and my thoughts and prayers are with them. Matthew will have to live with this every day for the rest of his life and that will be his own personal punishment. Charging him with vehicular homicide is not necessary. Tierra was my sister. Matthew doesn't deserve this charge because firstly, it was an accident. But at the same time, he shouldn't have driven while sleepy. But Matt is a good person and doesn't deserve this stuff.
