You know I don't think the people of Greenup County realize how fortunate they are to live in such a beautiful part of our country. It is so sad to drive by so many abandoned homes with the roofs caved in and the windows gone out of them with basically just junk everywhere all around them. Just outside of South Shore on Route 7 there is a pile of mattresses and old carpet just laying out in plain site. This is Natural Beauty??? This site alone drives me crazy as I have to pass it daily!! How can one enjoy any of the natural beauties of this county when there is so much TRASH?????
