Wanted man arrested in Ashland
Joe Bentley, who was wanted for first-degree manslaughter in the June 21 death of Russell Chandler at the Bluegrass Inn, was taken into custody after a caller reported seeing a person eating at a local restaurant that matched the description on the wanted poster put out by the Ashland Police Department.
