Hey Northport resident, Reporter is not "angst who lives in Eatons Neck." Reporter is a convicted criminal named Kevin (KPM. The following is the truth about Reporter also known as KPM. I am thankful that drunk drivers are arrested and taken off our streets. Almost 99% of the blogs written here on this post are written by a man who was arrested by the Northport Police for DWI. He changes his name or initials on the blogs to make it appear there are many people with the same ill feelings towards the Village of Northport and the Northport Police Department. Actually he is the only one with these delusions of grandeur. While being arrested he, in his drunken state fought with the police. At his criminal trial he was found guilty of DWI. He then decided to appeal his conviction which was upheld because of the overwhelming evidence that he was drunk. He then sued the officers who arrested him and a jury didn't believe him and sided with the Police. He then appealed that decision and lost that too. This man will write under many different names that the police violate many Northport residents and falsely arrest them as well. Actually this is untrue as these are rants from a man with a disease known as alcoholism. This man wants you to believe that the Northport Police have traumatized numerous children who since being traumatized have to reguraly see a psychologist/psychiatrist. The truth is he is the one who sees a psychologist. Sadly this man is on a mission to smear the character of the Northport Police Officers who arreated him when his mission should be to admit to himself that he was wrong to drive after consuming alcohol and then fight with the police. This man tells you a few blogs back that he was angry with the police and that is why he refused to take a breathalyzer test. Actually if he wasn't drunk then that is the time to prove it by taking a breathalyzer test. Not taking the test proves he was drunk and the police were correct with all of there actions. Thanks to the Northport Police this man was taken off the street for those few hours as those few hours could have been the time you or I could have been crossing the street in front of him and could have been run over and killed. This sounds far fetched but look at Newsday every day and you will read a story of either a pedestrian or another motorist who is killed by a drunk driver. Shame on you for not owning up to your crime and making it appear the police did something wrong. You are a criminal who was caught. It would appear there is a pattern to your actions as shortly after being arrested in Northport you were arrested in Nassau County for the 4th time. I guess the Nassau County cops are also falsely arresting people like yourself and accusing them of driving drunk. Instead of smearing the people who serve and protect us why don't you do some sort of community service like go around to Long Island High Schools and give a speech to the children as to the dangers of driving while intoxicated. Stop spending so much time ranting about the police and how there is no Village website for you to make false allegations to and get out there. In 2007 12,998 people died in alcohol-impaired traffic crashes. If you weren't stopped who knows, you could have increased that number to 12,999. OK, I'll tell the truth. My name is KPM and I was driving home one night after a night out drinking. I happened to drive through Northport and apparently was observed by a Northport cop. He told me I was all over the road and almost ran over a man walking his dog. He wanted me to admit that I was drinking which I couldn't do because I knew he would arrest me. After a few minutes he was trying to arrest me for DWI and I said to myself, no way, I'm not going to jail without putting up a fight. It turned out to be a good fight and I even managed to take one of the officer's flashlight from his belt. When they got me to the jail, they wanted me to take a test to see if I was drunk. I knew from being arrested before for DWI that I better not take any tests which would prove my guilt in court on a later date. Well, to make a long story short, I was found guilty of DWI in court. I knew this would happen as my main witness was caught lying and wasn't allowed to testify. Now I figured I have nothing to lose so I might as well try to make some money out of the deal and decided to sue the cops who arrested me. I figured the village might settle out of court and I would be a rich man.$$$$$ Well, that was a bad decision on my part because I lost that one too. Well guess what. I made another bad choice and tried to appeal that decision and again I lost. I know it is wrong to drink and drive but I also know, never admit to drinking or take a test. If you take a test you can never try the tricks I tried in court. Unfortunately the tricks didn't work and I was convicted of DWI for the 4th time. My mission in life now is to write stories on here to make the cops in Northport look really bad but I really know inside my mind that the cops do a good job at what they do. I also plan to make up stories about the Northport treasurer. I plan to make up lies that there are children who are playing baseball or riding on their bikes and get traumatized by the cops putting their guns in the kids faces. I plan to continue the lies that there are many children seeing psychiatrists because the cops have traumatized them. I will continue with the lies that I am a Northport resident. The truth is I don't live in Northport but I want people to think I do so I could talk about the high taxes and the police salaries. I live, eat and breath the chance to make the Northport cops look really bad but I gotta tell you, they really do a great job especially getting drunk drivers like myself off the road. Finally, I am an alcoholic and I can admit it today since the trial is over. The cops were right to stop me and luckily for me and all the Northport residents, they did before I ran someone over and possibly killed someone. I have been planning on going to get some help and hopefully when I learn how to put the bottle down, I will.

I just want Residents to know that Northport Has harrassed and tortured in effect a family over a few years. I can send you a copy of the actual letter from that family that details years pof this abuse with names of the cops who did what. Obviously the writer prior who is pretending to be KPM fails to state that the Village of Northport and 3 Officers did go to Trial in Federal Court. That means the Judge decided that their was a Case of Excessive Force. The Jury was Hung. That means some felt the Village and Cops were guilty. Kpm never had 4 DWIs. It was One. And the Charges were False. It happens , especially in Suffolk County. The writer is probably a Guilty Cop or relative.

What's obvious is those three officers were found not guilty which means you and your bogus story are full of crap. If it were like you say, "a hung jury" then there would have been a re-trial. Obviously the judge thought you were a joke. You are a "dime a dozen." Every judge has seen your kind before and they saw you coming from a mile away. In the Judge's eyes you are a loser drunk who got behind the wheel after drinking all night. You fought with the cops, resisted arrest and refused to take a breath test because you knew you were drunk. The funniest part of the story is you took your case to trial and LOST!!! Wow, what a surprise. Out drinking for the night, gets arrested for DWI, fights with the police, resists arrest, refuses a breath test and then you think a judge will side with you. You must be crazy. And to top that, you come up with a crazy idea to sue the cops that arrested you. And guess what, YOU LOST THAT ONE TOO because that judge also knew you are a mental midget loser drunk who is a cop fighter. Please stop the nonsense that you have a letter from a resident saying all kinds of lies. I have a letter from George Washington saying he invented the Ipod. Obviously you can say what ever you want in a letter. The contents don't have to be true. Obviously the person who wrote the letter you have a copy of either was arrested in Northport or brought negative attention to himself by always getting himself into trouble. The two of you are losers who were arrested in Northport and now you want to flip the situation to make it appear the cops are the bad guys. Get a life and move on. You and your loser friend should get together and have a drink on me. Maybe you can then get in your car and drive through Northport again and get arrested for the fifth time for DWI. Have you seen the news lately. Lots of people are getting killed in DWI accidents. Hopefully you can learn something from the press and stay off our roads when you are drunk.

These incidents escalated after they tried to Voice their complaints to Chief. I have suggested to current Village Officials that this could have been prevented if Kevin (Reporter, also known as KPM and abc) didn't drink alcohol before getting behind the wheel and passing through our streets. The Village has Implemented a New Unfiltered Complaint Process on the Latest Village Website www. northportny.gov . Please voice your oppinions that you are sick and tired of people drinking and driving on our streets. Lets not have a tragedy (getting killed in a DWI accident) on our streets like what has been happening so often to innocent families.

If you would like to know what i think happened in Weschester I will tell you. The Lady pulled over it has been proven in a convenience store to get Pain medicine Advil , and that was witneesed by the convenience store guy who didnt have what she wanted. She had tooth pain and i think she used the Vodka to make the pain go away, maybe even smoked pot. Not saying it was right , it was a tragedy. But you will Rant she was a raging drunk without any knowledge of exactly what happened.
