...something’s are never going to change. We can hire more officers, write and complaint about it, get help from other authorities, but things are going to remain the same, growing up in Long Beach, I've witnessed shooting while walking to school, I’ve been caught in middle of cross fire by rival gangs and , drive bys. The only answer is to move away. Or blame each other and just point fingers, so let me begin by pointing and blaming the parents of these kids shooting each…

North Long Beach use to be a great place to raise a family. Now it's just a bad area overall. Too bad and what a shame.

If it's such a busy boulevard, why was the victim discovered, after a few minutes, by a school bus?

Too many chefs, not enough salad...

WOW, this is pretty crazy. The good thing is that no innocent bystanders got hurt. If its gang related sorry to say but its good they're cleaning off our streets. They can kill eachother until they're all gone. However, its sad to know that not all situations end with just the gangsters dead, unfortunatly they always take innocent lives as well. I feel the shooter should be shot down himself, knowing that he stood between two elementary schools where there are young children involved, he sure didn't seem to care.

We need to change our laws. Any shooter who discharges a firearm in a public setting, should be given life without the possibililty of parole!
