Herman, both of Plymouth, Minn., May 31. * Ryan C. Schmutzer, Port Edwards, and Lindsey L. Lewis, Seneca, May 31. * Ryan L. Moore and Andrea M. Kolbeck, both of Marshfield, May 24. The following people were sentenced to jail, had their driver's licenses revoked, were fined and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment for drunken driving: * Casey R. Eisel, 25, Wisconsin Rapids; one year and 60 days in jail with work release, 13 months of probation, 36-month revocation and $5,706 for drunken driving, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license. * Jeremie E. Sabin, 26, Arpin; 45 days in jail with work release, six-month revocation and $1,748 for drunken driving and possession of marijuana. The marijuana charge was reduced from a charge of possession of marijuana as a subsequent offender. Additional charges of carrying a concealed weapon and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license were dismissed. * Desera R. Konopacki, 31, Milwaukee; 90 days in jail with work release and credit for 72 days already served, 27-month revocation and $1,587. * Jeremie E. Sabin, 26, Arpin; 180 days in jail with work release, 33-month revocation and $2,348. * Michael W. Wurtinger, 26, Auburndale, was placed on 13 months of probation and ordered to pay $360 and undergo any counseling deemed necessary for disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse incident. * Cody A. Bowles, 18, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to 102 days already served and ordered to pay $221 for felony bail jumping and being a party to the crime of theft. * Cory W. Olson, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, was ordered to pay $350 for obstructing an officer. The charge was reduced from a charge of failing to stop for an officer. * John D. Eisebburg, 26, Wisconsin Rapids, was ordered to pay $700 for receiving stolen property and being a party to the crime of theft. via WisInfo
