A $1.84 million stimulus grant for Arona's state-mandated sewer project likely will leave customers with an estimated bill of less than $50 a month, borough officials said Thursday.
Workers are straightening and smoothing the Pennsylvania Turnpike between Irwin and New Stanton during the next two years as part of a statewide effort to rehabilitate the 60-year-old highway and bring it to modern interstate standards.
