Judge it!
This is a very intersting lighting system. I thought it would need a great deal of wind to turn the little generator used to charge the battery. I was wrong. Visited city hall for the last council meeting and it turned with very little wind.
System Looks good. Will have to see how it holds up over time.

I have only seen the windmill turning once on a windy day and after the earthquake the light was not on.
