Lawmakers push to end tax credit hurdle
“The problem is that many homeowners may not be aware of this change or may not know how to go about accessing a credit to which they are entitled”
The State Senate last week moved closer to repealing a law that requires homeowners to apply for a longstanding tax credit, a hurdle some lawmakers said may be costing some taxpayers thousands of dollars. via The Capital
