Police: Driver With An 'Altered Mental Status' Crashes Into Stop Sign In Northern Westchester

A driver with an "altered mental status" drove away from the scene of an accident after crashing into a stop sign in Northern Westchester, police said. Officers from the North Castle Police Department received a report shortly before 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, of a driver who went off the road and struck a stop sign on Meadow Hill Place in Armonk.
