OD leads to charges of violating conditions of release

An Arlington man is being charged with violating his conditions of release after overdosing in the parking lot of the Paulin's gas station Friday afternoon. Vermont State Police say they received a call for an unresponsive man at Paulin's Friday afternoon, and two troopers responded to find Gavin C. Wilcox, 27, unconscious in a passenger seat of a Toyota 4Runner.
