Bellows, 23, of Elmira, was arrested May 30 on a warrant charging her with second-degree harassment. *Jon F. Gordon Jr., 43, of Elmira, was charged May 31 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on South Walnut Street. *Brion J. Butts, 35, of Fairway Avenue in Elmira, was charged June 1 with second-degree harassment. *Raymond Watson III, 21, of Sullivan Street in Elmira, was charged June 1 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop. *Leonard L. Fenton, 21, of Harriet Court in Elmira, was arrested June 1 on a warrant charging him with burglary and grand larceny. *Lawrence K. Baker, 40, of Caldwell Avenue in Elmira, was charged June 1 with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. *Christopher A. Manley, 24, of Keuka Park, was charged May 30 with third-degree unlicensed operation and following too closely after a two-car accident. *Mark S. Haenisch,56, of Arkport, was charged June 1 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Interstate 86. *Kevin C. Peel, 28, of Painted Post, was charged May 31 with second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana.
