The National Weather Service in Binghamton is predicting more thunderstorms and soaking rain this afternoon and has issued a flood warning for northwestern Steuben County.

Baker, 40, of Caldwell Avenue in Elmira, was charged June 1 with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. *Christopher A. Manley, 24, of Keuka Park, was charged May 30 with third-degree unlicensed operation and following too closely after a two-car accident. *Mark S. Haenisch,56, of Arkport, was charged June 1 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Interstate 86. *Kevin C. Peel, 28, of Painted Post, was charged May 31 with second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana.
