Police on Thursday had issued a news release announcing that David Twine, 31, of Matteson, is wanted in connection with a shooting in the 9900 block of South Walden Parkway on Wednesday, and "should be considered armed and extremely dangerous." Twine is being held in the Clark County, Ark., Jail, according to jail records.
