In conjunction with the Economic Development Coalition for Asheville-Buncombe County , STF Precision, a leading manufacturer in diamond-tipped cutting tools, today announced the expansion of its manufacturing facility in Arden, N.C. with a $4.5 million investment in facilities and equipment.

Wanda Ruiz Padilla, a factory worker from Arden, plans to use the $200,000 she won playing the Power 7's scratch-off game to fix up her mother's home, pay bills and take her first vacation in six years.

John Christopher Fortner, 20, was charged with two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, first-degree burglary, two counts of larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.
