Land near Comstock festival site is sold
The land across the road from the site of Comstock's music festivals was sold to Jim Trotter of Arcadia on this week.
Land near Neb. music festival sold at auction
The land went for $336,000 Wednesday at the auction in Broken Bow. The winning bid came from James Trotter of Arcadia, who already owns 158 acres on the north side of the property.
