One time it's ok. The next it's not ok for kids to ride 4-wheelers Arbyrd. I just bet that who ever is making these decisions does not have any kids to worry about. Maybe that is why a city park has not been put in also. I have read the article in the paper where they talk about state laws, saying it is against the law for kids to ride 4-wheelers. Does anyone know what statue it is? And is there a city ordinace that says what kids are not suppose to do that? It seems like the city may be more worried about the kids riding 4-wheelers than someone speeding, slealing or doing drugs. Personally I had rather see a kid riding a 4-wheeler where they can be seen, than hiding and getting high.

I agree that kids under the age of 16 should not be riding them. The ones who are riding and going 50-60 down side streets should be ticketed. As far as the 4-wheelers being registerd, insured, and flagged, I agree, BUT golf carts should have to do the same, they are no different. You can easily screw someones car up by hitting it with a golf cart. So those as well should be registed, insured and flagged.
As far as the park goes, the city is just pocketing the f*** money.. c'mon been 2-3yrs now, and I have been told personally they have the money.. but they don't want to do it.. cause they are a bunch of sorry ass ppl.
