I have been fortunate enough to receive my mobile home, but only after bugging the people like crazy to get it moved out there. It has been on my property for two months now. I have been calling everyday - when I finally was able to get through, I was promised that I was first on the list for my a/c.(I had no idea other people were struggling with this company as well.) I never received my a/c or skirting and am now paying notes on a house that I cannot live in. I lost my house in Katrina and was finally able to purchase a mobile home and now have been messed over by this fraudulent company. I also financed my first year's insurance into my house note since I could not afford to pay the note in full up front. The company has also taken off with my insurance money. They never paid the insurance company and I have been thinking that I had insurance all this time and found out yesterday that the insurance was never paid and I am not covered.

I saw that someone wrote Donald Tabor was not guilty of anything and he had legal documents showing that certain people still owed him money and he fulfilled his contractual agreements, if this is true - why is he on the run???? I spoke to the Attorney General's office yesterday about this. This man is wanted and he would not be running if he had done everything legally.
