the treatment to the prisoners of st bernard parish is worse than any that i have heard of .....
there seems that with out a trial ...they hurt people and dont try them for a long time .. they keep them in there for tax payers money to pay for not violent criminals. they have big ego trips. instead of locking them up, get them help. these are people that have had tradedy happen to them. the police are all but fair.
there is poor diet and they are guilty without a trial. there should be a law that if they have not come to a reasonable bond, that they should be left out after 30 days until there court day.
