North Dakota's corrections director says the closing of a private Minnesota prison shouldn't affect the state's own management of its prisoners.

A Minnesota inmate is suing the private company that ran the prison he was in, claiming that a female kitchen worker sexually assaulted him and threatened to report him to guards if he didn't have sex with her.
