Lakeville police officer pleads guilty to using minors in pornography, reckless use of handgun

That is what he deserves for taking advantage of little girls!

why is it that because he is a police officer he get off with a slap on the risk? if it was anyone but a cop or someone they consider of none importance they woul get at least 3 to 4 years, especially if he was a person of color. how convienent for him.

Granted it is WRONG and these two men should be punished but these two are not little girls. They are 17 yrs old and if they were charged with a crime then they would be charged as adults. They didn't complain until the pics and videos were seen by their friends at school. If you want to play then you have to pay the consequences!!! At 17 you are mature enough to know right from wrong unless you are mentally handicapped! Just to bad the two creepy men are so nasty that they feel they have to prey on young ladies

Give the guy a break he is only 25. Heck I would throw those 2 chicks a bone if I had the chance. Guys get off your high horses. Come on, these chicks were no saints. I am sure they have seen there share of hot dogs down their hallways...Heck I would have jumped a tree at that age. Back in the day if you were not married by 16 you were a old maid. Unreal the only reason anything is being done is because he is a cop. If it would be "joe lunch bucket" nothing would have happened because it would have not been news worthy.

Give us your opinion as to why this Criminal recieved 30 days for creating pornography of Minors, and 6 Months ago another criminal got a LIFE SENTENCE for creating pornography of Minors?

If the "child" is 17 years and 364 days and 23 hours and 59 minutes and 59 seconds....She cannot consent and the guy is a predatory sex offender that needs to face the same punishment as anyone else commiting this crime.....It "Is" the Statutory Law.......Stupid as it is!

Quite agree, being a member of the peeople management class has it's bennies. One of which of course is your own legal standards, administrative procedures and suspensions with pay, or better yet a move up the ladder to a better job. A joe public perp would be doing a few decades on the jolly roger for any one of these allegations, never mind the proof.

First of all, get his gun ASAP. Then lock him up and throw away the key.

There are many more so called COPS like this out there on the lose, we must tighten up our checks on want-a-be-cops to screen out these type of people.

The age of consent in Minnesota is 16.
