The Nebraska State Patrol says Donald Baker was driving his pickup south on U.S. Highway 81 Thursday afternoon when he turned in front of a northbound tractor-trailer. The Nebraska state Patrol says 74-year-old Barney Nuget, of Antler, N.D., was driving east on Highway 92 when his pickup left the roadway.
