Two boys cited for luring juveniles under 13

A 16-year-old Palmyra boy and a 16-year-old Annville boy were cited in North Londonderry Township for disorderly conduct after they attempted to lure four other juveniles, all under 13, into their vehicle at 4 Lexington Drive on July 16, police said in a release Tuesday.
