Judge: No Giving Out Bibles In Mo. School

Ya know... I suspect that other issues proposed by this argument will be seen as righteous by this judge as well .. consider .. Homosexuality.. is the promotion of homosexuality in the schools constitutional as well? I am certain the ACLU and the 8th circuit court would stand next to these characters and provide them support.

You who call yourselves righteous are in effect liars and speak from both sides of your mouth.
You would in fact prefer these actions, these are your beliefs, and you who call yourselves a judge, would stand on the rights of immoral behavior before you would stand for the constitutionally granted religious freedoms.
It is a great miscarriage of justice that you are not elected. You would see your job disappear in a milisecond.
Your actions continue to reflect your personal bias towards the religious freedoms so placed by the constitution of the US. You should be removed from office.

one more thought .. a judge is supposed to be impartial .. and you have an affilliation with the ACLU. Lets start with ethics violations shall we .. you should have recused yourself before this went to your court.

No.. you let it come, you let it become the issue, you are guilty of peddling yourself to the ACLU and pandering to their liberal agenda. I want to ask you directly judge, do you support the liberal agenda? Do you support Lambda, the Man Boy Love, the rest of the so called 'gay' community? These are not topics of your ruling, but they are of extreme interest to the ACLU.

Your beliefs are at the very core of themselves fundamentally at odds with the constitution of the United States. You cannot serve both the constitution of the US and the ACLU because your appearance is as a thug who would replace the guarantees of the constitution with the lies of the ACLU.

Amen! The judge clearly had a conflict of interest and should of done the honorable thing and had a change of venue.

I for one have children in that school and could have cared less if they gave them bibles. What i do care about is the safety issues at the school that the administation turn a blind eye to and children are getting hurt. when you bring stuff forward then your put on the shit list!!!!!And they make all kinds of false statements about you and your children and for this I know there is a GOD and I hope they BURN in HELL for all the wrong doing. The day they hired the HS Prin. was a very sad day in the history of that school.And he is slowly bringing it down.What a ass!!!!!!!!
