Rivesville moves one step closer to approving increase in water rates

Town council has moved one step closer to approving a water rate increase. At Tuesday's meeting, council approved the second of three readings of an ordinance to raise water rates to keep pace with Fairmont's latest rate increase, which was approved earlier this month.
