Yesterday evening, April 25, 2009, at approximately 6:50 PM, Louisiana State Troopers investigated a hit and run fatality crash in Washington Parish, which resulted in the death of an Angie resident.

A pedestrian was killed when he was struck by a truck on a highway in Washington Parish, according to State Police spokesman Trooper Louis Calato.

Louisiana State Police said they are investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
