One of Quest's fibre optic lines were cut. There has been no service of any kind (internet, cell phone, etc.) in that part of the state since approximately 10am.

Everyone in Northern NM was getting a fast busy. We had limited long distance, no internet and no cell service for most of the day. The banks closed or were running minimally and businesses were unable to take credit cards for payment.
