Bond was set for $3,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery. - Anderson police arrested Belinda R. Goodpaster, 28, of the 2100 block of Central Ave., Anderson at 1:41 a.m. on Thursday at 2800 W. First St., Anderson.
