My salute goes out to all grain elevator workers. You have a hot, dirty, thankless job. I did it for 10 years. Long hours, no lunch, no days off for 2 to 3 weeks. Half way through, you burn out a motor or break a belt. Spin a boot pulley bearing, maybe. Or you get a hole in a spout and it's raining wheat on your head. Ah, those were the days.
