No way, way sooner than that. Nothing is left in Detroit. The casinos are going to milk every poor Detroiter away, horrible crime, and etc.
Speaking of Jobs, Farmer Jake, Kmart, Delphi, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Lashish, Small tool and Die shos, Comerica bank and way more have either slash jobs drastically, moved out of town or went out of business.

Well, when you have city officials that can't even police themselves, much less the citizens, what do you expect???
