Beginning of the end for one unintended consequence

Full story: Great Falls Tribune

It won't be the last in the endless string of unintended consequences of electricity deregulation dating back more than a decade in this state, but it may be the beginning of the end for whatever's left of the Montana Power Co., or its later incarnation, Touch America.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Pisces

Are you feeling fraught? It certainly seems that way, perhaps because you've got far too much on your plate and not nearly enough time to tackle it all. Do yourself a big favor and start with whatever is most urgent, otherwise you'll waste time by dithering or getting caught up in trivial tasks. Above all, don't get into a panic because that will squander valuable time and energy.
