Animal sciences major and 4-H standout Sidney Dunkel said she comes from a “long line of Aggies.” Then, in her junior year of high school, she had a epitome to attend a university that had the word “tech” in its name rather than “agriculture,” despite being a sixth-generation rancher. “Telling my family that I was going to be a Red Raider was difficult at first, but they understood my decision,” she said.
