Local gas prices top $3 a gallon, AAA says

“You have to get your message out to the conversations.”

The average price this week for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from a self-service pump spiked 10.2 cents a gallon, AAA East Central reported. via PittsburghLIVE.com
