It all sounds wonderful! But than again, so did Inn of the Mountain Gods when it was originally built. Personally, I find nothing wonderful or luxurious about that place anymore, Just over priced. I hope Artista does a better job on this new place and it doesn't create more of a hazard than a benefit.

i hope that the residents will have a say in what this developer is proposing. Ultimately, the residents are the ones that will be impacted the most in their quality of life. Ruidoso now is a nice little city that i enjoy going to visit but it is greed and money that will be the decising factor. Please look at the Wolf Creek development that the people in the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado are also fighting and for the same reason WATER. A very precvious commodity especially to ranchers!
