We had to delay this land purchase until our partners could race ahead and buy up all the property along the route for agricultural prices and resell it to the State for millions. Now that our consortium has it all locked up we're ready to surge ahead with the bypass.

Thus is a taxpayer rip off.
We should impeach the governor and fire the local boards that approved this investor bailout.
The land today is worth less than half of what he paid for it.
Any public official that does not recognize it does not leave in the real word.
is this decision apeealable?

Unbelieveable. I am a developer, and I was so surprised and pleased that they killed this deal the first time. No developer in his right mind would pay more than 10 million for that dirt in the next 5 years. Palmer bought at the peak, and now we are buying at an even higher peak. Plus, he still has ROW to sell us. Hold onto your wallet. This is a total ripoff for the taxpayers and tollpayers.
