Is it bigger than a breadbox? Yes, and it's broken too

Dear Greg: I placed an order with Overstock.com at the end of April. The furniture arrived with several issues, the main one being what sounds like a broken spring.

I would never buy a sofa, sight unseen and not tried out, online.
There are too many decent furniture stores here who will cut the same type of deal....and give good customer service.

I have a feeling the article should have read "video game console". You can't replace an XBox 360 for $188, or Playstation 3 for that matter.
