And why is the state not seeking the death penalty? It's not like they didn't "Plan" on abducting the student or robbing him of $800.00, and took his life in the process! I say they should receive the maximum our laws have to offer! Of course instead we the taxpayers will have to support their miserable carcasses for years to come until some liberal bleedin'-heart, tree-huggin judge turns them out on an early release work program!

The friend who was convicted of placing a call, robbing and murdering him was white.
"where is the outrage from the leaders of the so called black community?" Both races killed him.
