Transmission fluid voids vehicle warranty

There is a lot of gossip among Hyundai owners that the guarantee they offer seems to be too good to be true, and you know what that means. I know more than half a dozen Hyundai owners who have had their warrantys voided for petty reasons, various excuses and had to fight to get that decision reversed. Only one has been successful.

Joann, being a previous employee of N.O.S. I can tell you there is a higher chance of hell freezing before all customers get the money they are due. Green Holness is the only person I know that can find a scapegoat for all situations. He digs himself a hole, and when he has no one else to blame he finds another person, slanders their name throughout and creats tails he obviously creates from the little world he lives in. There are multiple employees he has not pay them for time they are due, removes things from their files so he has no reprocustions, and he finds this to be normal business. What he neglects to tell people is he took funds out of the business account for his personal use only after this did the previous owner take his portion and moved on. All the while the customers and employees pay the price. I personnally don't have disposable income, so when I was not given my final paycheck I was effected. I knew he was going to try so I even had him sign a document stating I would get my final pay and time due (vacation), he did not honor that so not only is his word no good his signing a document means nothing as well. I feel bad for all these people and businesses, there is no way he will be able to dig his way out and you all will have to pay the price. I was glad when we parted ways, even though I know the lies he is making up to save his butt, he was stealing my soul and I couldn't lie to the customers like he wanted us too. Well Julie, the honest and loyal employee who did far more damage to the company than Bill ever could have I appreciate the continued slander and support.

Truly amazing since you made more money at NOS than any other employee, including myself. but hey I still don't get paid, not yet, but I will.

Oh you forgot to mention the loans I took out to cover yours and others payroll.

How about filing for unemployment when you already had another job.

Quite sad. I trusted you and had blind faith in you, sadly it was misplaced.

Used and abused is how I found myself after your services.

They are a bunch of double talking liars !!
Shame on you Greg for accepting his word ... You give him too much credit for being human !
They cant keep anyone working there in a position of authority or accountability ! becuase that would mean that they would have to be accountable !

They do not even operate like a REAL business.
There is no service dept... 3 guys with some tools.. no service manager ...( she quit ... 4-5th one in past year i think )
There is no sales manager... he just got fired ! wonder why... they needed someone to blame the next phone call from you on ?
Ask to speak to the owner or manager and it is comical... I think at one point I was talking to the guy that sweeps the floor !
You give them WAY to much credit for being a legit business !

Also, you seem to know quite a bit about the hirings and firings in this dealership. Could it be that you ARE the fired sales manager, or perhaps the friend/wife of him?? For someone who lives in GA you sure do know a lot about the dealings in Kissimmee.

where did you read this....
14 complaints to the BBB in the past 12 months, 1 civil action filed ( would be many more but when you purchase a car/truck you agree to arbitration) many , many disatisfied customers

I am a victim of truck heaven! not an employee,friend etc....

I know as much as I do because I have made their business my business.
