Police shoot at, capture fugitive parolee in Torrance
A fugitive parolee who led police on a car and foot chase, twice drawing officer fire, was in custody today after being tracked down by a dog while hiding in the yard of a Torrance home, authorities said.
14, 11900 block of Crenshaw Boulevard. Multiple suspects grabbed jewelry from the victim.
