Capac To Announce Interim Police Chief

Capac did the right think by bringing in a new police cheif opposed to allowing Marek Klug and his cronnies to appoint their good ole boy Randy Cusins to take over. I know for a fact Randy files false police reports and lies about what is and is not said in his squad car in his reports. Ray Hawks has a tape as evidence and the process of prosecuting Randy is in fact underway for filing a false police report. Let a man life Rany run a village and find yourself in a jail cell like I did on a case that was ultimately dismissed because the so called witness fled to new york and Randy had no witnesses to present his bogas case. Randy and his buddies do not like Ray Hawks because Ray stands for honesty and integerty, and would not play the good ole boy game when it came to putting his foot down when Randy was caught being a bad Cop, Thank God Capac brought in someone like Ricky to handle things like Ricky did!

Glad to see Randy Cosens hasn't pulled the wool over your eyes. He should have been gone a long time ago.

chief hawks has lied and fasified so much info going into/out of the capac police dept its insane. The man cannot tell the truth and rarely has. he gossips about people all the time in town and spreads lies endlessly. Randy is the "good cop" and is sick of the crap he's had to put up with from tricky ricky for years. the only hope the chief has is to force randy out so he can keep up his charade. conveiently enough whenever the chief is called out on what he does the tapes are missing, or the paperwork is misplaced, or the camera was off when previously you were told it was on. he palys games with every person's life he touches. you know this to be true because he helps you out of a few scrapes in exchange for what? you didn't like the chief so well years ago when he was the one who arrested you! and didn't he allow you to sell porn out of your store before it moved?

No one in this town had a problem with randy until the chief had a problem with randy. hmm? isn't that curious. the next time the chief gives you his opinion of a person or officer take into account the real reason he makes his comments and wehter they are true. randy has also been a victim of the chiefs ever since he came back form being sick. randy just did his job but not the way the chief wanted it done. as soon as the chief was reinstated he began working on randy and hasn't stopped since. where all the good people of capac. why would you not have supported randy in his sickness while the chief was kicking him when he was down? randy like most officers has made mistakes but the difference between him and the chief is he's willing to admit it. the chief rally's the town around him by spreading lies and then sues the village and keeps threatening every time he does something wrong. i'm still waiting for him to admit his mistakes and lies. odd how randy's only problems are due to the chief and not actual complaints. by the way the chief(with brandon stringer as a witness to nothing) allowed a false police report to be made without any investigating at all and still refuse to admit it was a flase report. this matter has been now referred to state prosecutors office for investigation into the chief and his actions in the entire matter which were not only dishonest but completely lacking of police work.

You claim Hawks filed a false police report, well, I will prove to you Randy filed a false police report against me and we'll prove it based on a tape that Hawks pulled from Randy's car whereupon statemengts Randy claims I made are not found, statements intended to convince a prosecutor to charge me with a crime, but without prove Randy lied and therefore is a criminal himself, filing a false police report is a crime! If Hawks files a false police report he too ought to face the jury. Both ought to be charged, I cant prove Hawks filed a false report, I can prove Randy did.

Thank you, Ray Hawks has been an inspiration to me in trying to put my past behind me and move on with my life to do positive things for the community, hence, Capac Resale Outlet is my way of giving back to society what I took, Ray merely encouraged me in the right direction and when I was doing wrong, he made damn sure I knew it and had to straighten myself up or I would end up right back in prison, so I consider him a father figure and friend and if we lose him I will mourn him like a father just the same! I do nothing for him but respect him as an authority figure and anyone whom thinks otherwise can shove it where the sun does not shine, Capac needs more men & woman with the integerty that Ray Hawks has, he renewed my faith that I could respect that in authority without fear of being in fear of my past.

Randy filed a false poine report against me, Ray Hawks has a take right out of Randy's car and 15 minutes before he was gunned down we spoke by cell phone about the need for me to press St. Clair County Prosecutor to look at my complaint against him, I was mortified when I later heard Ray was gunned down, I was in tears because he is an honest and upright man and I listen to him and when I need advice he is always there to guide me within the limits of his ability to do so without breaking any laws. I'm praying for him and I know in my heart that Ray will come back because he'll fight for his pledge to protect and serve, and we need him a lot more then we need a bad cop like Randy running the town. Thank God Randy did not take over.

The Chief himself came into my store and ordered me to cover any X-rated videos we had, so you are misinformed. The Chief also ordered me not to have a strobe light in my window for public safety, and I was also told not to have items on my sidewalks by the chief, I sometimes disagree with him and then when I listen to his reason and check local law, I rarely have had the change to call Hawks in the wrong, I merely want to be treated fairly and Ray has treated me just like he treats anyone wlse, once to learn to listen to him and let your guard down against him, you'll probably figure out he's a hell of alot smarter then you think and he's simply trying to do his job as peacefully as possible. This man has no bones to pick with you unlesss you pick on him and he'll defend himself just like you too will!

You are sadly mistaken, Chief Hawks was the one whom came into my first store to advise that I needed to cover up any X-Rated videos which we immediately do, however we no longer carry such items plus I have never been arrested by Ray Hawks contrary to your misinformation, andy arrested me and lied in his police report and when I asked Hawks to pull the squad car tape of what I really said, that itself proved Randy lied in his police report. I was never co nvicted of any crime as a result of the arrest, but Randy should have been fired on the spot for filing a false police report and if Ray Hawks files a false police report he's no different.

Randy, why don't you just give it up, your a foul cop and belong in jail for filing false poince reports. Your a criminial and you throw stones at your own kind in spite of their efforts to rehabilitate. Give it up, Dept. Thanks for having the courage to tell the truth Wally. This little gang that has been formed against the Chief is out there spreading so many lies, blatant lies. I guarantee that all of these things they are saying will be PROVEN untrue beyond any doubt. These guys are simply creating a web of lies and deciet because the Chief is down and unable to fight them right now. They are siezing this opportunity to spread their propganda to further their agenda to get rid of the Chief. To be honest, I think the time for being quiet is over. The council voted to allow Klug to appoint the interim administrator for the police department based on the police committee recommendation. so while you are correct, Klug did appoint Tillery, he did so because the police committee told him too. Remember Liz Hargrave was removed from the police committee and Deb Hlubic took her place. Hlubic is a no nonsense council person, she would not have allowed Cosens to be recommended.

A good officer would go out thier way to enforce the law regardless of a disagreement with thier superior. Too many public servants forget that THEY are paid to represent the public.. The citizens are the sherpards the ones who serve us is the flock. If for example you were to serve on the council you should not let your judgement to be tainted by a single incident and to spend that time being vindictive. This would be apoor way to serve the public. If you hold grudges . Don't serve. I your two faced don't serve.
