Bomb squad investigates suspicious package in Buffalo
“The individual came up he had a package under his jacket which tipped off the person as being suspicious then quickly made his way out to Delaware towards Allen Street”
It started Monday afternoon when someone noticed a man acting suspiciously between two buildings on Delaware Avenue. via WIVB-TV Buffalo
