Allenport mill talks to resume

Labor contract negotiations between the prospective buyer for the Allenport steel mill in Washington County and the United Steelworkers are scheduled to resume next week, said William "Russ" Kingston of Chino Hills, Calif., who has an agreement with Severstal North America to buy the plant.
