The future of Allegany State Park is beginning to take shape. A public meeting took place Wednesday night at Salamanca High School.

An emergency preparedness plan is now in place at St. Bonaventure University . As part of the plan, the university and four nearby police agencies signed off on a document last week that defines the roles of the responding agencies in the event of an emergency situation at the campus.
