well rick day ? what that they call one of the good old boys with the fire department guys .one Day, Boy in court house ?? says they are except FROM THE FREEDOME OF INFOMATION ACT.that is realy scary that they think they can make the rules ????.you have one that has a record from another state ?? THAT is running on the council.
