BRIDGEWATER: Turf athletic field project to be re-bid
“This Court cannot allow the unclear language of the bid specifications to stand nor condone the Park Commission adjusting the specifications after the bids were opened in order to make the lowest bid responsive and conforming”
A contract for the construction of a synthetic turf field at the Frank "Nap" Torpey Athletic Complex in Bridgewater will again go out to bid following an appellate court ruling on Tuesday. via Courier News
